Dr. Izuka is a horrible, horrible human being. He is an individual who should absolutely NOT be a doctor. I absolutely had the worst experience with him. He should not be a psychiatrist. The things he said to me when I had mental health issues was unhinged and made my problems worse. Luckily I am seeing someone else now who is more understanding and compassion. For your own well being and mental health please avoid him. I don?t understand how someone like him he even has his license.

So thankful for Dr. Iizuka
Telehealth
I was desperately searching for a psychiatrist to manage my medications after I moved to Hawaii. After a few horrible experiences, Dr. Iizuka was such a relief for me. He listens and is open to my ideas. I always keep my appointments which he said helps him trust me and feel comfortable refilling my medication. I’ve had a mental illness for over 30 years. I’ve met with a lot of psychiatrists. Dr. Iizuka is definitely one of the good guys. Kind and very knowledgeable about meditations. If he doesn’t know something, he tells me and he looks it up. I feel safe under his care. I recommend him to anyone who is willing to be honest with him.
