Waste of time
After an accident that caused a fractured vertebrae more than a year ago, I am experiencing muscle spasms everywhere in my body, every 45 seconds or so, which is very very disturbing. I went to see Dr Mui. Complete waste of time. I spent 2 hours on the green line from Boston to Newton back and forth for nothing. Dr Mui told me: « Just ignore them, they are harmless ». Ridiculous! Massachusetts is full of talented doctors, don’t waste your time here.

Very knowledgeable. He listened to me and reacted favorably to what I had to say. He ordered tests and seems extremely interested in helping. Pleasant.

I would disagree that Dr. Mui is advanced as a headache specialist in the area. I've been seeing him for over 4 years for my migraines, and while he's been able to prescribe medications, he does not take the patients' whole health and well-being into consideration. He's not not up to date on supplements and alternative treatments outside of triptans. He does not listen well. I've had two telehealth visits with him in the last year: the first one, he didn't keep the appointment but called me prior and spent 5 mins on the phone with me and dismissed my concerns; the second visit he did not go on video. He was always late for my in person visits prior to the pandemic.
