I Think Dr. Hsieh Is Great and I have been under his care for years. The problem is the office staff there are the worst of all . When I call they have never returned my calls as promised. Most times They are challenged just to verify I'm an ongoing patient. Today I requested an appointment for an urgent need because my condition only allows me to sleep approx. 1 hr. at a time and I was told the soonest Dr. Hsieh could see me would be Oct. 5th. This is just wrong. Dr. Hsieh has told in the past when I have had this condition to get in ASAP. I do not believe his staff are being up front with him. And so i'm forced to seek Medical help elsewhere.

If I could give Dr. Hsieh 100 stars I would. He’s a keeper! Considerate and caring I could go on and on about his Great qualities. Working in the medical field myself I am fairly picky about whom I trust with my health care. I trust him 100% and will continue to go to him for any future urology issues I may have.

Dr. Hsieh was assigned to me after being admitted to Stanford Valley Care hospital for kidney stones. Dr. Hsieh is straight forward and easy to understand. Considering all the options he recommended a conservative approach rather than jumping to laser surgery. Ultimately we needed the laser surgery and with his manner & confidence that he would take care of me we proceeded. Everything was successful with no post surgery issues. I gladly follow up with him now in a regular basis.

I have no confidence in Dr. Hsieh. He answered most of my questions with I don't know. He put me on a prescription that he should have known would be questioned by my insurance and then left town for a long weekend, leaving me with no medication. He treated my concerns with little care. Maybe he sees patients with these issues every day but needs to realize that for the patient, it's all new and a little compassion would go a long way. I will not go back.

Told me my other issues would kill me before the prostate would wasn't reassuring. GP wants me to revisit but I guess I choose someone else this time
