Dr. Kirstie Cunningham, MD

When I visit Dr. Cunningham for the first time I had an interview with her, she asked me what is my goal and from that we started my hormonal reposition, this was in October 2022. From my first day until today, I just have had my life transformed by the treatment that she gave me. My whole life comes back from depression to normal life. She found my dew point and erase it from my life. The treatment is expensive (I do not have insurance) but in the same way worth every penny that I paid, never regret to chose Dr. Cunningham to be my doctor. I have no words to thank her to bring me back to my life.

I was a new patient! Office is old, bathroom gross! Dr. Cunningham did a horrible job explaining my health “issue”. Had the office call me in regards to payment for a procedure that I NEVER had. AWFUL!

She is beyond amazing, she is the best gynecologist I've ever met...this is coming from a mom of 3. I will be recommending her to my friends and family. The staffs are great, I enjoy the spa feeling serenity of the office environment at the waiting area. Overall, it was an amazing first visit

I was a new patient with Dr. Cunningham, however I will not be returning. Dr Cunningham was pleasant and the intern that saw me was as well. The office itself was not very modern and the bathroom was dirty. The reason I will not be returning is due to the bad business practices of the office billing. Please be aware of what the office is charging you. They will attempt to charge you as if you do not have insurance and it is a hassle in order to receive your money back. Awful!

While this was my very first visit, I found Dr. Cunningham and her staff to be very courtesy, attentive and professional. Jan

She wrote the wrong BC medication then I couldn't get them to change it! I spent hundreds of dollars on the wrong BC that my insurance doesn't cover. I've called multiple times to have it changed and have been forgotten on hold, told they would call back and didn't, told they would "give the message to the doctor" and never heard back, left unreturned messages and more. I finally scheduled an out of pocket apt with a real doctor to get me the right prescription.

I went to dr. Cunningham for a problem. her office was so unprofessional, I went in and they had a scale you would buy from the store. the assistant took my blood pressure with a app on her iPhone. she told me to sign up for this portal thing as I was leaving the office and my test results will be back in a few days. I did not hear from her so I called her. she told me to look online for my results. I did not understand the results called her back and I got no answer. horrible experience ever!

I really hate the fact that I ever went to Dr. Cunningham's office. I have crucial medical needs and I can't get her to answer any calls or respond to any emails. Any phone number I find for her has been disconnected or is incorrect. The wait time for her office is ridiculous considering she has no more than 3-4 patients at a time. This experience has been awful, especially considering my medical needs. Now I have to go out and find another OB/GYN because her office is simply too unreliable.

I would not recommend this dr or facility because they don't have adequate staffing or the necessary tools and equipment. A culture that most doctors are able to take out to a microscope and determine if you you have yeast infection or bacteria infection in minutes, takes this office 2 weeks to get results. Additionally, medications aren't called in promptly. No one calls you to discuss your lab results when they are conflicting, truly unprofessional.
