I'm 66 yrs old and honestly I've never been to a unprofessional, unfriendly, no empathy, or compassion like Kerr. Then after you explain to her the reason of the visit she'll say " what do you want me to do" the only reason I wanted to establish an appointment was that she's in with Wake like my other Drs. But after my last visit this will be a no go with me for sure. And she states in mywake chart she spent 20mins with me. Really!!!! How about 5-7mins

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kerr since she started at her practice and have never had any complaints. She takes good care of her patients and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Kerr is very disrespectful and doesn’t sympathize with her patients. This doctor seems to have less knowledge than the CVS minute clinics. The staff is friendly and seems to care about patients more than the actual doctor.

I am so dissatisfied with this Doctor...back in January she misdiagnosed my problem calling my foot and leg swelling an infection and words out of her mouth when I cried in her office from the pain "What do you want me to do about it" I had a broken foot that I walked around on for 51 days until finally another dr dignosed it and then it was too late to fix and more problems resulted from this. Then she lied about my visits and condition and I was unable to get dissability Worse Dr ever

I had received a common prescription medication from Dr Kerr for reflux treatment. When asked for a refill I was required to have another office visit. My symptoms have not changed since my last visit and this medication has been treating that fine. Of course with the current state of ACA in this area it would all be out of pocket. I took on Dr Kerr based on reviews. I can get this kind of poor treatment anywhere.

I am not impressed with Dr. Kerr and her staff's care for my mother. She and her staff are not interested in patience care. She does not seem very knowledgeable. I am very disappointed.
