Dr. Kirsten Breslin, DO

Dr. Breslin was 20 minutes late to the appointment and seemed like she was in a hurry. This was for my sons 2 month wellness visit and establishing care appointment. I was hoping the appointment would be more thorough and informative considering he’s so young and I’m a new mom. But everything felt rushed. On top of that the physical exam seemed unnecessarily rough and there was no explanation of what she was doing and why. I came into the clinic optimistic and excited for his first appointment but left feeling frustrated and disappointed in the care we received.

We usually see Dr. Eisert but due to a lack of appointments until next week we were told that Dr. Eisert recommended his patients should schedule with Kirsten Breslin. We were thrilled to get a same-day appointment. We drove in from Leavenworth but were 7 minutes late to check-in. We came from school and traffic was heavy. We were assured it was ok. We sat in the waiting room 20 minutes before we were informed Dr. Breslin would not see us today because we were 7 minutes late and she would not reschedule for a later appointment. No kindness, no compassion. Not what I want in a provider. Yes, we were late, but why couldn't the 40 minute appointment be converted to a 20 minute for his belly issue instead of a total loss for all? Was bringing my son in for a referral for Asperger's testing, but also because of recent nausea vomiting after meals. GERD? I asked if she would at least see him for his stomach issue and Dr. Breslin refused, again bcs I was 7 minutes late.
