If every doctor strives to be as caring and generous as you, the world would be filled with smiles and laughter instead of pain and sorrow. Thanks for everything doctor.

He was my mothers doctor for a year and did very little. Didn’t even give us a diagnosis for her memory loss. When I finally talked to him about it I was told that I should have figured it out by the drugs he was prescribing. As we left he handed us a brochure and explained it was for adult day care. Not only did this greatly upset my mother (who is not in need or even near that point in her memory loss) it was extremely unprofessional and rude. We wasted a year of my mother’s time and money with this doctor.

Compassionate, Prompt and caring neurologist. I liked the entire visit experience. The staff was friendly and had already talked to my insurance company to get all the details. Dr Kiran Shah sat down with me to listen to my complaints, looked at my MRI CD and explained to me the findings clearly. I highly recommend him for neurology and sleep consults without hesitation.

Although Dr. Shah is kind and knowledgeable his office staff is rude and incompetent. I am changing doctors because of this. I called with a concern and didn’t get a call back for 2 full business days. The front office person is super rude and tries to collect full payment each time and there is always an argument as I have paid my deductible. I can’t deal with this office anymore.

I am very sorry to say that I have had poor experiences with the staff numerous times. Numerous times I had tests run and did not receive the results. My health may not be important to them, but it is important to me. I don't have money to throw away and not get the results. Twice I have needed medical records and after requesting them a day ahead and being advised that they would be ready, I had to wait for them.
