Dr. Kira Stein, MD

I went through several psychiatrists before finding Dr. Stein. From my first meeting, I instantly felt comfortable and actually believed her when she said I would be fine. She asked questions to really get to know me and what I was going through. She was always honest and straight forward. Dr. Stein developed a plan which involved medication for anxiety/depression and a therapist to help with my agoraphobia. She monitored me closely through each process and had an open line of communication in case of any problems. Because of Dr. Stein I am back to doing everything I loved doing..........working, running, and traveling. I am forever grateful to Dr. Stein, a compassionate, caring Psychiatrist.

I have been seeing psychiatrists almost my whole life and Dr. Stein has by far been the best. She's brilliant and has a wealth of up-to-date knowledge of psychiatry as well as other medical fields. In this way, she is always cognizant and thoughtful about how certain psychiatric treatments may affect other conditions, medications, etc. that you may have. She is very accessible, so she is quick to respond to patient communications and resolve any issues. Finally, Dr. Stein is so kind and approachable, and I have always felt completely comfortable being 100% open and honest with her. I am so thankful for Dr. Stein, and cannot emphasize enough how much she has helped and supported me.

Dr Stein is an experienced, skilled psychiatrist who has been successful in managing my illness. Her knowledge of medication has brought me stability and her caring manner has contributed to my Overall wellbeing
