Dr. Kinley Berger, MD

I am so happy to have found Dr. Berger to perform my surgery. My experience from beginning to end was perfect! I had major surgery and she was extremely thorough and extremely compassionate. Her bedside manner was beyond incredible. Every appointment before and after having my surgery was incredibly comforting. She allowed me to ask as many questions as I had to ease my worries. She listened to me and responded with compassion. The day I was discharged from the hospital the pharmacy messed up with my pain medications and she personally called the pharmacy to resolve the issue as she did not want me to be in pain and cared so much about my comfort and well being. That’s a true empathetic person. I’m shocked to see the bad reviews but always remember there are several sides to a story. A lot of difficult people don’t take accountability for their rude and nasty behavior. Respect works both ways. She’s an amazing human being! I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr Berger is a caring and very kind Md. She always takes the time to hear my concerns and answers my questions. She also tells me what to expect during my exam. I highly recommend

Dr Berger always makes sure you feel comfortable during your appointment. She explain everything that goes on while you are there and when you ask any questions, she always answers them in a way you can understand as a patient. She's always very understanding and will give you her honest medical advice. I'm very glad that I chose Dr Berger to be my doctor!

Dr. Berger was extremely friendly and personable. She asked if I had any questions or concerns and addressed them right away - very straightforward. I felt like my last gyno was kind of judgemental but with Dr. Berger I wasn’t afraid of asking her any questions. She didn’t review my medical history with me which looking back I wish we would have, but I will bring it up next time.

I love Dr. Berger. She has been absolutely amazing thru my last pregnancy and numerous miscarriages. She always asks about my kids and listens to my concerns. She takes her time with me. When I had my daughter, even though she wasn’t the dr on call, she came to see me when she was on call and ask how everything went and how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Berger.

Dr. Berger is an angel. Not many doctors take time to talk with their patients. She is thorough and makes me feel so comfortable.

ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A DOCTOR. SHE HAS THE MOST DISGUSTING BEDSIDE MANNER I'VE SEEN. NOT A DROP OF CLASS IN THIS WOMAN. COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISREGARD TO ANYTHING I HAD TO TELL HER. THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE.

Able to get appointments, didn’t have long wait after checking in. Dr Berger listened and discussed my problem

Maybe for a pregnancy she is different, however I would NOT recommend for gynecology needs. Refused to listen to the issues I was having. Had to see her as a follow up after being discharged from the hospital. Told me basically she wasn't going to do anything due to my age, and that women never have any sort of fibroid/ovarian pain. 3 months of still being out of work, and I've been sent back to the gynecologist for a 2nd opinion by all of the other specialists. Save your time, and your cash. Find someone else.

She is the most coldest doctor I have ever met. As nervous as I was for my first appointment, she didn't even smile or look me in the eyes when entering the room. The first question she asks me is "Do you have any questions for me?" I told the nurse that I was there for my first type of contraceptives. She's supposed to be the doctor advising me on my options! I had no clue what I was doing or what questions to ask. While the visit continued, we disagreed on my treatment option. Instead of explaining and discussing other options, she rudely stated it is her right as a doctor to refuse to treat me as a patient. Definitely don't go to her if you want an open-minded, compassionate doctor because you will not get it from her.

I am very surprised to see the reviews about Dr. Berger. I had a really great experience both in office and during my delivery. Dr. Berger was very explicit about everything that was happening with my situation and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. My SO and I felt like we were able to participate in some of the decision making and were pleased with how everything went. I would recommend Dr. Berger!

I have not seen Dr. Berger for any pregnancy needs and thats what it seems her worser reviews are about, but Dr. Berger is my general gyno. I had my first exam with her as teen which I was nervous about as are most teenagers going for their first exam. She related to me, talked to me about college, explained every step she took in her examination, and just made me feel comfortable. It was tough getting my first appointment as a new patient, but after that follow ups were easy to schedule.

She forced me into having a c section and robbed me of a vaginal birth. I asked her to not cut the cord right away and she said ok that was fine but ended up cutting it and not letting my fiancé cut it and didn't allow my fiancé to be by my side during the c section. It was a nightmare and I'm extremely upset. Also in a lot of pain from the c section after 2 weeks, feels swollen inside. I would never ever recommend this woman to anyone!

She listens to what you have to say. Most importantly, she makes you feel comfortable.

She was very cold and insensitive. I did not feel like she was listening to my concerns and basically kept telling me I didn't know what I was talking about. She is not a people person at all and I think that's important in this line of business in order to build trust and a relationship with patients. I won't be going back to her.

She is very rude and insensitive. I was horrified and would never allow her to touch me again! She should picked a different field because she is incompetent and has very poor bed side manner. She lacks ability to establish a healthy patient/doctor trust relationship. Does not properly explain treatments and results, keeping patient in the dark and confused. Bad doctor!
