If I could leave zero stars, I would
If I could give zero stars I would. After being a very long time, patient of Dr Riccobono, you would think that she actually would care about her patients, but that's not the fact in my case. I went from my yearly physical and she never called back or notified me that I had a terrible UTI and I had no symptoms. She put it in the portal I had a UTI and also in the portal where a whole bunch of different antibiotics that were recommended but she never called me to tell me that I had an infection nor did she call any medication's into CVS and I wound up in the emergency room months later with sepsis. She doesn't pay attention I would not recommend.

Doesn't follow up and doesn't care !
She never followed up after my blood and urine results and I wound up septic in the ER. Clearly showed in portal I had an infection and no antibiotic was called in. She is careless. Stay away.

Called in Wrong Prescription and Left Me Without
She made a mistake and did not listen when I called to ask her to fix it. I was left without medicine for over a week and am experiencing terrible side effects as a result. Office staff was rude and did not listen. Supervisor did not call back as requested and staff on the phone refused to provide their name so I could follow up directly and not have to explain the situation over and over again. Unacceptable.

She's Not Paying Attention
I was Dr. Riccobono's patient for five years for basic stuff like bloodwork and prescription refills. However, she messed up both of these basic tasks and I no longer trust her. The communication from the office was unprofessional, delayed and sloppy; I usually had to wait more than a half hour. Dr. Riccobono called in the wrong dosage to the pharmacy and failed to rectify the issue, creating insurance and timing issues that could have been avoided. Instead, it took me many hours of sitting on hold and explaining the same facts over and over again. Dr. Riccobono and her office staff failed to follow up even after I called and explained their oversight several times. Simultaneously, my blood work came back with an anomalous result and no one followed up! I noticed and called the office to inquire and even that call was not returned. I found a new doctor. If Riccobono can't get these little things right I would never trust her with more significant matters.

Good Dr BUT......
I’ve seen Dr. Riccobono twice within the past two years. Both times for an annual physical. She’s very nice and I felt she was thorough. At this year's physical she referred me for a sonogram. She called me with my results, it was a three minute phone call. I was shocked she billed it as a Telehealth visit. When did a phone call with test results become a billable visit!? I didn't call her with questions or additional concerns. She called me. Unfortunately, I will have to find a new primary care Dr and will ask if calling with test results is a billable visit.

One of the most unsympathetic doctors I have ever encountered in my life. Lacks bedside manners, lacks professionalism and lack of compassion for patient care. Very dismissive when answering questions and always feels rushed. Her reception staff are extremely rude and do not even allow you as a patient to get a word in. They automatically talk down to the patient even when asking for request such as

She is an amazing doctor! She is very knowledgeable, personable, and takes her time at all my visits. I do not understand some of these negative reviews. They must be very difficult patients.

This was my first visit to see her. She didn’t know that BUT that is NOT HER FAULT! All the staff that you have to get through before getting into the exam room SHOULD HAVE clued her in ! Although she wanted to do a rapid flu, the office didn’t have it! When we think about a dr, we have to look at the entire practice. I can’t fault her for the inadequacy of others. I look forward to using her

Dr. Riccobono just hung up on me! I received a call from the doctor to review blood work. She recommended meds, but when I inquired about the meds, having had past personal and family complications from said meds she told me to make and appointment to come in to discuss and hung up on me!!! A doctor should never hang up on a concerned patient. She should call people regarding their blood work at a time when she can actually DISCUSS THE BLOODWORK! I found the info on my own via online research

Terrible Dr. At first you think she is great because she is sweet but the reality is she is horrible! She read my blood results incorrectly and told me I had Diabetes when I didn't!! and when I asked her for a physical copy of the results she couldn't find it and told me she would mail it to me. When she called me to give me the results over the phone from my most recent blood test- she never found my results that confirmed Diabetes because they don't exist!! She also hung up the phone on me!
