Compassionate Intelligent Family Doctor
We, my husband and I, have been a patient of Dr Wallace for few years now. I saw her today to discuss several concerns including my weight, blood pressure and neck spine. She listens, examines, and recommends treatment. She is readily available if I am troubled. I am so glad she is our care giver. Her whole staff is also very helpful. I highly recommend her.

Missed Multiple Issues
I have gone recently to a new PCP since Dr Wallace is closing her practice. I have with simple basic recommended testing from my new practitioner discovered I have some serious issues that have occurred. These issues would have been easily found if Dr Wallace had 1) Truly acted effectively on my verbalized concerns 2) Completed basic tests that are the standard for some of my diagnoses.

Dr. Wallace is the best doctor I have ever had. She is caring, compassionate, thorough and patient. She always answers any question I have and never makes me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I trust her advice and feel that she genuinely cares about her patient's welfare.

Caring Dr and a great health care team
Whole team and her clinic were superb. Dr Wallace herself was very non-judgmental and her bedside manner is superb. I am a RN and have come across a lot of Dr that didnt have that great bedside manner, so one does not feel confident opening up to them, so I give her top marks! She really listened and nothing was forced upon me. My wife has used her (and her team) for years and raves about her and I can see why.

Not Mature Enough
Too bouncy, not serious enough. Uses phrase "you have to ..." No, the patient will decide whether to accept physician's advice. Her coiffure is unsanitary for the medical setting. She is pleasant enough. But I don't trust her knowledge to be comprehensive enough. She's OK for an urgent visit, but not regular care. Also do not think she has good judgment in terms of hiring new staff--as she has taken over practice after Dr. Howard Schultz retired. Perhaps she will improve and mature with more experience.

Excellent. Dr. Wallace listen to her patients and offers supportive medical advice. She offers office visits, tele-visits, give timely emails responses. She is the "BEST" doctor I have ever had. She definitely a 5 star doctor.

There are not enough stars, for how much I appreciate Dr. Wallace! She is THOROUGH, listens, follows up and really gets it. that is SO rare! She has also referred me to a care team of doctors for my health plan, that are as qualified and successful. For the first time in 49 years, I feel like I have a plan that is working, great docs listening and hope. (I lost my parents to issues when they were young, and it has been a fear.) She is our family physician now, and we will do whatever we can to keep that going! The practice she is in, knows she's their number 1 doc, and have hired a new nurse or two, that are WAY better than the previous. (The office was horrible, and is slowly improving!) This is a case of the Doctor being worth the struggle.) Small practice, means tough scheduling, but that also may improve at some point. Adding her great personality is a bonus!!!

I saw Dr. Wallace regularly when she practiced in Silver Spring / Briggs Chaney. I was thrilled to reunite with her when I tracked her down @ her current location in Gambrills. While every exchange w. her front desk staff hasn’t always been perfect, I can attest that she takes patients’ feedback about any areas of opportunity w. the administrative team seriously and addresses them with a sense of compassion and urgency. I love having a doctor that prioritizes patients’ wellness and overall concerns about our ENTIRE experience from calling for an appointment, to being checked in and seen by her, to having medical documents and prescriptions fulfilled accurately and speedily... You can ALWAYS tell she is laser focused on patients’ experiences & doesn’t see us as just numbers. She is thorough and her bedside manner is truly unmatched. She listens but also runs a timely schedule & will never make you feel uncomfortable to ask her or divulge anything, big or small. She’s better than 5 star!

Dr. Wallace is an excellent doctor. She is incredibly understanding and listens to what her patients have to say. I have a real phobia of doctors but she always puts me at ease. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

Long Overdue Review... Dr. Wallace is an amazing doctor, she makes you feel as though you're her ONLY patient. Never feel rushed, she asks many questions to get to the route of the problem, and converses with you. She has given us outstanding referrals, knee sergeant, allergists and chiropractor to name a few, all of which are not her specialty. She makes sure have patients has the very best. Her bed side manner is amazing, as far as we're concerned her Patients are her # 1 priority. thank u!

Today was my first time seeing Dr. Wallace & I absolutely LOVE HER! She was very attentive and caring, made me feel comfortable to talk to her & she just authentically cares about her patient(s). I would recommend definitely her! Her staff was very friendly & professional. I have no complaints even if I tried to find one. The office was clean & I'm glad that I chose Dr. Wallace as my primary.
