Does She or Doesn't She
I've been a patient of Dr. Walkers for several years. Some visits she listens to any and all concerns and offers suggestions or referrals if necessary. Some other visits she seems to be only concerned about my weight and pushing weight loss drugs that I'm not interested in. If my health is overall ok then I'm ok. I've had bad blood tests results and have never received a follow up call or suggestions for them, so just need to make sure you're being your own advocate. Overall she's a good Doctor, but likely has quotas to fill or something.

Dr. Walker takes time to listen.
Dr. Walker is the best Doctor I have ever had, She takes her time to listen to you and actually seem concerned about you personally as well as just a Doctor. When I seen her to me I feel like she's family. Easy to speak with and to about what's going on with you. I have been with have for at least 12 years or longer. God Bless her.

Dr. Walker is Amazing!
I finally found someone who listens, cares and is knowledgeable! She takes her time to understand what you need an what is going on with your mental/physical health! So happy to have found her!!

Unprofessional and uncaring
My family “was” patients of Ashcake Family Physicians until I requested to switch doctors within the practice and was told NO! I was not even given the opportunity to discuss the situation with the other doctor! Dr Walker then “fired” my entire family as patients! We enjoyed the Office and Dr Tim (who owns the practice and refused to speak with me) was great! Dr Walker on the other hand has terrible people skills and would rather “fire” a patient than ask what the concern is? Wouldn’t you want to know what the issue is with your business if someone was upset? Best of luck to you if you choose to do business with this office

Dr. Walker makes me feel like I'm her only appointment of the day. She listens, she asks questions and doesn't make me feel like I'm wasting her time. It was a blessing I found her 3 years ago.

Dr. Walker is the Best! She's warm, truly caring & understanding. She listens as well as expresses & explains concerns. I've been with her for years now & I wouldn't trade her for anything. I'm sorry she has left HFP. There will never be another Dr. Kimberly Walker. I hope to find her or someone that will compare to her.

I have been a patient for 5 years. The last few years I have not felt supported by Dr. Walker. I have felt judged. Her tone has been more condescending and I felt embarrassed to talk to her about what is going on and to ask questions. I have gained weight in last few years and this is something I feel she has shamed me for. Lately, I have stopped asking questions because I feel stupid by the tone she using to answer me. After my last appointment, I have decided to find a new doctor.
