Denied Nursing Care to Patient on Life Support
Works for Aetna and denied nursing home coverage for a patient on a ventilator despite their specialists and primary doctor providing letters stating patient is on life support and needs in home nursing care. Poor judgement and jeopardizing the health of patients.
