Dr. Kimberly Nelson, MD

I was a patient of Dr. Nelson at her previous office and I saw her twice at her new office. At my first visit to her new office, there was a flyer taped to the check in counter saying they had a temporary problem with certain insurance but would resolve any issues. When I did have an issue, they told me “Sorry, we really can’t help”. It took me 11 months to get it fixed but I finally did it on my own. I did reach out to Dr. Nelson personally about this but she ignored me. She was more interested in bumping up my billing than in complying with insurance rules. That is evidenced by the fact that she repeated procedures that were probably unnecessary a week apart – and spent only 5-10 minutes with me but billed for longer. At my appointments she was rushed and abrupt and really didn’t explain anything. She told me what to do and walked out before I could ask any questions. If you're looking for a compassionate doctor who seems to care and personalize her treatment - look anywhere else!

Five Star excellent! Dr. Nelson is knowledgable, thoughtful, and kind. I have found a treasure in her and will tell all my friends to only book an appointment with her.

everything was good - and that is VERY rare in the medical field. She corrected a significant problem caused by a different provider. She showed good judgement in waiting a few days for inflammation to improve (which it kinda didn't), and good judgement in then undoing what had been done and suggesting a path forward, and ideas for the future. Knowledgeable about all the various related topics we discussed. Highly recommend.

I have seen Dr. Nelson at least 8 times, dealing with a series of sinus and throat issues.She is, first and foremost, an excellent doctor; knowledgeable with and an ease of explanation and friendliness. She is friendly, natural, takes time and, very importantly, listens well. Most of all, she simply know what's she's doing! It is a pleasure to recommend her!

Dr. Nelson is personable and knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff. I can't recommend her more highly.

When I tell you as a veteran, do not choose this place, I promise you do not or you will regret it. Dr. Nelson is not a Doctor Who knows what she’s doing. This doctor broke my nose instead of making it better and then when I asked her if she could fix it. She goes oh yeah it does look bad but I’m not gonna be able to fix it. You’re gonna have to find another doctor very unprofessional just because I’m a young veteran with tattoos and I’m young treat me like an adult and with respect not like I’m some Kid or someone who hasn’t served their country. I’m very upset that you broke my nose and just left me like this I wouldn’t never ever ever come back here. I’d rather go back and serve another year in Iraq. I’m very upset that the VA would even allow this place to be on their list of places to go.

Everyone in the office was so nice and polite, Dr. Nelson is great and easy to talk to.

She listens to my concerns and we determine a plan of action together!

Dr. Nelson was amazing. Very nice and provided me with plenty of information. My experience was enjoyable and I didn't feel like I was stuck in in a doctors waiting room, she made it a fun time. Waiting time was not bad, I got helped almost immediately and I felt like she actually listened to my concerns. 10/10 would recommend!!

From the front desk to Dr Nelson, they were very attentive and took great care of me. Dr Nelson is very personable as well as professional. She makes you feel comfortable while at the same time showing that she is a very knowledgeable professional. My wife, daughter and myself have used her do far. No complaints whatsoever!!!

Dr. Nelson seems very sweet and smart. I can't help but think that prescribing me antibiotics for an issue I've been dealing with for over a year seemed like it was taking the easy way out... but I'm more than willing to take them if it solves my issue. We will see in 2 weeks if it worked or if I'm still experiencing the symptom that is affecting my day-to-day life.

Dr Nelson was great my son was in a lot of pain from an ear infection and she did everything to make him feel better Quick and even made extra visits to follow up to be sure he was doing better she was awesome .

I was in and out in no time. So far so good on the procedure. Thanks doc!!!
