Dr. James changed my life
I have been trying to get a hysterectomy for years. I’ve seen many doctors and all of them agreed that I needed a hysterectomy, but none of them ever pushed through to my insurance. She had insurance approving the surgery in like a week. I was scheduled for my hysterectomy within the next couple months. She did an amazing job. She is so personable and so wonderful. Makes you feel extremely comfortable. my life is going to be forever changed because of the surgery. I have struggled so long for years and she took my struggle seriously and she helped me. I am so grateful for Dr. James. I cannot recommend her enough. What I have been through the last few years with my female problems has been a nightmare. I get to live a normal healthy life now without pain without all the extra problems I was having all thanks to Dr. James. my surgery went perfectly with no complications. She is a very skilled doctor. Just a little added extra. She has the best personality very happy demeanor.

Very Rude
Went to her for my yearly exam as a new patient. My prior Doctor had run a test that didn't make sense. When she asked me about it, I said I didn't know why he had the test done but I didn't have the condition that would have warranted running that test. She didn't accept my answer and continued to grill me about it. Finally, I told her she was welcome to call his office. She then turned to her scribe and said 'I told you we were going to have fun today'. Then she asked me if I needed to be examined. By that point I knew I wasn't going back to her so I refused the exam. Interestingly, I was in line at a store recently and a lady behind me was on the phone talking about a health problem. She said the only requirement for treatment was to never have Dr. James again for her Doctor. Makes me wonder how many more people have experienced how very rude this Doctor is.

USE EXTREME CAUTION
Ever have a doctor dismiss you when you expressed the need to rule out other issues? This is what happened to us when my daughter went to see James for treatment on what this dr thought was a simple procedure. I asked for a scan before scheduling surgery stating an MRI or even ultrasound should be done to rule out additional issues which could cause more complications performing the surgery . Dr James decided to look through scans and images from 10+ years prior thinking they would have mentioned stuff in those scans. Scans done on completely different parts of the body. Things never felt right. We cancelled surgery and went to a specialist willing to actually listen to our concerns. First office visit there a scan was done, my daughter did in fact have the uterine malformation we had concerns over. She could have caused her more harm. If you’re looking for a doctor willing to listen/take the necessary steps to avoid complications, look for a different one.

Not recommend
I had seen Dr Kimberly James a few years back in 2017. She wouldn’t look further into treatment for me. I was given an option for a Nova Sure, an ablation. In which I had done. It did discontinue my one issue but caused more issues. Never took care of my pain or the bulk of my female medical issues. The biggest issue is, I was just informed my insurance does not need preauthoization for a hysterectomy. Dr James told me in 2017 the Nova Sure was the only thing my insurance would approve of. She flat out lied to me. I have the same insurance!!! My insurance would have paid for the surgery, hysterectomy in 2017. I should have had a hysterectomy then. I’ve spent the past five years in pain and suffering for the lack of her competence.

I started seeing Dr.James in Bend. Drove over the mountain when she moved to Lebanon for 4years. Then she moved to CoosBay and I've not made that trip yet but would in a heartbeat. She helped me tremendously. She's so knowledgeable, caring, gentle. I miss her welcoming smile. Your the best??

I recommend Dr. James. She was my doctor when I gave birth to my second child, my son Riddick. And during the birth process everything was excellent. And now 4 years later here I am again pregnant with my third and final child and I'll be setting up an appointment to see her again sometime next week.
