My worst-ever healthcare experience
Maybe it was an off-day, but my visit with Dr. Insel wins the world cup for the worst medical experience I've ever had. She canceled two appointments without explanation, then when I finally arrived for it to be rescheduled, she was dismissive, condescending and rude. I was so flustered I left a cup in her office, and when I called back later to retrieve it, the clerk told me she'd thrown it out. I'm mystified!

She tells you one thing then does another, will never return phone calls I thought she was awesome then stuff happened and she turns on you quick and things she promises to help you on she doesn’t
