Dr. Kimberly Devlin, DO

Horrible Demeanor and bedside manner. She does not listen to a thing that you say and makes you schedule an appointment for every problem that you have. I would not see her again!

Dr. Devlin is completely useless as a family physician. I've been there a few times, but I've had enough. She does not listen, at all. I don't pretend to be a medical expert, but I'm reasonably informed. I told her about my condition, explained why the current treatment wasn't effective, and explained an alternative treatment I'd had a few years ago when I was seeing a specialist. What does she do? She gives me the exact same treatment I *already* have (the one that isn't wholly effective) and just tells me to use a different applicator. This was after I told her that I couldn't even see *where* it needed to be applied. That is the second or third similar experience I've had with her. She is dismissive and just does what she planned to do all along, regardless of what you tell her. I will never go to her for anything again. I'd rather have no doctor at all, or drive an hour to see a competent MD, than put up with that again. I wouldn't trust her on any medical decision that matters.

No! My husband has been there twice while being in pain. She acted like he was wasting her time! The office is rude and very uncaring. I would look elsewhere for quality care.

Totally disappointed in her . My insurance company contacted her about a mistake that she made on coding a procedure and asked her to change it because it didn't apply to her patient .Guess what the answer was? No. I wrote it so it must be correct! Wow! Very uncaring and disrespectful. Your arrogance, Kim, has caused me to not only look for another dr. but also pay a bill that WAS NOT EVEN MINE! Hope you sleep well!

Dr. Devlin has been attentive, caring, and conscientious in every office visit I have had with her, even when I once presented some challenging symptoms. She came through with the right tests and referral and, as a result of her competence, I received the care I needed. I would highly recommend her.

Kimberly Devlin does not care about her patients. She does not actively listen to problems, does the littlest possible to provide guidance, support or treatment and frequently denies requests for evaluations, medications, referrals etc. She's condescending and rude. Devlin has no understanding of mental health issues and cares not to help patients seek help elsewhere. It's only by the grace of Forest View that I am not dead, no thanks to Devlin.
