Doesn't care or treat you
Telehealth
After 50 minutes or so of pouring out my trauma, she told me she was unable to treat me and told me to go to a mental hospital. I was not suicidal or a danger to anyone. I simply told her why I'm depressed and she refused to treat me. Throughout the appointment she seemed disinterested and just read off a checklist and couldn't wait to get to the next question so the appointment could be over. Get a different job if you don't know how to prescribe SSRIs or at least care about the people you're seeing.

Kind, timely, and thorough care
Telehealth
Dr. Curtis was great. It was easy to get an appointment with her, she had openings early in the morning before work which was really helpful.. most doctors don’t start seeing people till I’m already at work! I didn’t have to take half a day off or use PTO. She took the time to hear my concerns about my energy and mood, and offered medicine to help with that. She was attentive, thorough, and non judgmental.

Unfamiliar w/ Comorbidities
I went for a medication management appointment with Dr. Curtis and she refused to prescribe me the medications I've been taking together for years due to false "risks" that have been disproven both in scientific studies and my own personal experiences.
