An Expert in Her Field
Dr. Bernard creates a positive space for her patients with her warm smile and friendly attitude. She listened to my concerns and was very thorough in her delivery of knowledge and service. To me, this was important because it showed that she cared and was willing to dedicate the time to make sure I fully understood the information being shared with me. After our conversation and my check-up, I immediately felt comfortable and established a level of trust in her care, which swayed me to share my experience with others.
