Don’t go to her! Dr. Austin could not get me out of her office fast enough. I saw her for a total of SIX minutes. I had multiple questions, and she just came in there, talked at me, told me I was fine, and then kicked me out. Absolutely horrible experience and none of my questions were answered because she didn’t let me ask them.

Negligent and irresponsible
I was a patient of Dr. Austin's for years. I trusted her and her medical staff with my care, until she abruptly terminated me (by mail) as a patient with no warning or just cause. She left me without continuity of care until I could see a new doctor, which resulted in me having to go off of much-needed medication. My health suffered, not to mention the stress/anxiety brought on by her disrespect and refusal to discuss the circumstances of my termination. I had growing doubts about her as a medical professional over the years and wish I had listened to my instincts to find alternative care. If you are considering seeing Dr. Austin as a new patient, please head my advice and the advice of many others...avoid her at all costs.

Unprofessional
Dr. Austin is very unprofessional in her demeanor and conversations with my spouse and I. We were dismissed and blacklisted from the office due to her inflexibility and scheduling. We are now left without access to maintenance while caring for a newborn (which she is well aware of). Her office staff and bedside manner have nosedived and hot rock bottom. I would warn anyone against using this “care” as you may be cut off with no warning from this overly proud bully of a doctor.

Was terminated from her care without warning, despite her claiming to have sent a warning letter months ago. She spends the minimum amount of time with a patient. Poor bedside manner, and is a very unforgiving person.

I had some words with office staff over letting me in to sit at 4 mins to 7 am to sit ( I am disabled). Dr Austin did not ask my side of story... dismissed me immediately saying I called staff names and it was 20 mins to 7 am. Both untrue. So, she makes decisions without getting BOTH sides... not a doctor I’d want anyway.

Dr. Austin's bedside manners leaves a lot to be desired. I also felt she was very dismissive and not inquisitive to solve my medical needs. I wanted to like her but unfortunately would not recommend her.

First lets start with reception person, she lacks inner-personal skills to deal with conflict resolution with management of scheduling conflicts created within this office, and doctors requesting the available time for new clients Appointment made Mar 1 17', receiving a letter postmarked on Mar 9 17'. You stress not being late, or "no show", or releasing for future care, and reschedule or cancel within 24 hrs of appointment. Call made to me on May 31st no message Retire license to practice

I love Dr. Austin. She personable, down to earth, knowledgeable and professional. I feel completely at ease with her. Her specialty is diabetes. She treats me for other conditions. Dr. Austin's assessments, diagnoses, and expertise have been accurate. The wait time is never more than 5-10 minutes. The office is clean and modern. The office staff members are professional and friendly. I never had a problem getting an appt with her or her colleague.

- Quick to be seen - Provides medicinal information in an easy to understand way - Looks for the root cause and doesn't simply prescribe medicine and send you on your way - Staff are friendly and efficient
