I loved being a patient here because Dr. Miller would take her time and listen to my concerns. She helped me with referrals

I haven’t had negative experiences in the past but this time rubbed me the wrong way. The covid vaccine conversation felt very forced and I was told “if you don’t get it for yourself then get it for the elderly people in the grocery store.” I understand the severity of infection in elderly people but I genuinely like to read and research things before I do them. This was the first thing I was asked when the doctor entered the room. I have been taking proper precautions and being mindful of the pandemic but for this to be the forefront of my visit was a bit off putting.

One of the qualities I look for when choosing a primary Doctor is how well they listen to my concerns. Besides being an excellent Doctor, Dr Kim Miller is a very good listener.

In the years I've been going to Dr. Miller, is always very attentive and I don't ever feel like she is rushing me. She listens to my concerns and we actively make a plan to tackle the problem. I appreciate that she follows up on any issues that I could easily have missed. For example, in 2014 I was in a major car accident and taken to the ER. There they did a CAT scan which showed an interesting spot on my lung. Since I had more pertinent issues from the accident, I put the lung issue on the back burner and forgot about it. Dr. Miller brought it up during a visit and asked me to do a follow test. Thankfully, it was scarring that had healed but I'm very glad she was proactive about my health. In a healthcare system where you can feel like just another patient, Dr.Miller stands out and I'm very grateful to have found her.

Dr. Miller went over all outstanding procedures needed to complete my yearly wellness check up. She’s always very pleasant to talk to and explains things so it’s easy for me to understand. She also took time to answer my questions and asked whether there’s anything else going on before we concluded the call.

My first visit with Dr. Miller was to establish new patient and take vaccinations for international travel. She was so informative took 30 minutes with me and really made an effort to connect with me and help me understand the impacts of each immunization I had to take. She was very personable in every visit I’ve had to date and took great care of my concerns.

Not once in one year that I saw her did she dx anything at all. Every single visit she only referred me to specialists, and or ordered more unnecessary meds. failed to DX a serious condition.

Dr. Miller is probably one of the worst doctors I've ever had. If you like a Dr. who orders tons of tests and then never consults with you regarding results, then this is the doctor for you! If you want a doctor who raises the dose of a RX without discussing with you first, then look no further! If you like feeling like another patient on her schedule then Dr. Miller is for you! Don't expect much from her because you won't get it.
