Dr. Kim Brooks, MD

I loved Dr. Brooks and was sad when she left the practice now im haveing to go through the daunting task of finding a new doctor.

I was a patient with Dr. Billy Black for at least 10 years and absolutely loved him as he always went above and beyond to be sure I was taken care of. Since his passing, my care was taken over by Dr. Brooks and unfortunately I can't say the same of her as the late Dr. Black. It has been seemingly impossible to simply get my prescription refilled. She is out of the office when I try to get in contact and there is no one else who is able to send it in for me. Twice now I have ran out of medication as they refuse to send it in for me as if my medication isn't a necessity. This would have NEVER happened under Dr. Black's watch. I believe he would be greatly disappointed in the lack of care and compassion shown by Dr. Brooks and the staff of his facility. I will be seeking healthcare elsewhere in hopes of finding a physician who truly cares about my well-being.

Dr. Brooks is very kind and gentle. I usually have a hard time with pelvic exams but this one went smoothly. I saw her today because my regular doctor is out on maternity leave, and she's new to the area. I hope she will stay, because I would totally feel comfortable seeing her again if I can't get in to see my doctor.
