First time seeing Dr. Thompson today!! I absolutely loved her!! But sad that she's leaving Providence network.....

Kind and respectful. She listened and actually seemed to care about the health problems I was having, unlike other doctors I have had in the past who were dismissive.

Felt very comfortable opening up to her. She listened and acknowledged my symptoms. Recommended me to other doctors which she recommended I see

Dr Thompson is very personable and easy to talk to.

Dr Thompson was very thorough, spent time talking to me and asking questions. She was kind and empathetic with my emotion of anxiety since my mom passed. She answered my questions and addressed my concerns. This was my first In person visit with her since my doctor left the practice. I'm much happier.

Delighted to finally meet Dr Thompson in person after a couple telemedicine visits during the pandemic. She’s very easy to talk to, comforting and professional.

This is my second visit with Doctor Thompson. I don’t like going to see the doctor anymore but I feel less anxious and stressed when I see Doctor Thompson. She takes time to hear your concerns, questions and usually shares a laugh or two with me. The staff is very friendly and made sure to find a way to squeeze me in for an appointment even if it was through zoom which I was fine with. She does have appointments face to face.

Dismissive and Unprofessional Went to her because I was tired of waiting 2-4 hrs to see 3 other doctors despite having appointments. I came in with a list of questions and concerns, like is recommended. After seeing the length of the list she said I could only pick 1 or 2. So, the blood in my stool was my 3rd priority. Then, she refused to refill a prescription I have had for over 20 yrs specifically and only due to Personal reasons. When I received a positive covid test the guidelines at that time were to directly call you doctor for instructions. I called and left messages twice, and my call was never returned. I would think that would warrant a return call, yet when they need to reschedule I get a call.

Dr. Thompson is a breath of fresh air. She’s friendly and very thorough. Great bed side manner.

My virtual visit it was excellent they direct you berry well to connect Ms Thompson was well to talk and understand my questions... I recommended to my Sister and she loves it to.. I can’t wait to be able to meet her in person Tank You.

Excellent care

I scheduled an Annual Wellness Women's in2020. I was a new patient and asked contact details and insurance info. during scheduling. On appt. day, I filled out paperwork asking about my last pap smear which I shared. A nurse then told that Dr. Thompson might not perform the pap smear per medical guidelines which I had NOT been informed until then. I offered to leave but was assured by nurse she would check with Dr. I also get STD testing annually, but I clarified many times that I was not there for that service. I saw Dr. Thompson for less than 5 minutes where I was not asked questions and told I was actually seeking STD testing. I felt berated & uncomfortable being seen by her so I left. I was then charged for this "visit." I've spoken to their billing dept. (Genesis S.) offering to pay what I could despite being unemployed, tried to speak with Office Mgr. twice, and spoke with my former insurance. I haven't been called for resolution. This visit was unprofessional and a rip-off.

Decided to change primary Dr and I was very pleased! Wait time was very short, everyone in the office is nice, and this was the first time seeing Dr. Thompson and she was very professional and comforting.
