He blew me off when asked to come and assess my Dad (who was an ICU patient at Lifecare) immediately when I told him that he was breathing at 40 breaths a minute on a Bipap machine, with the setting being changed from 45% FiO2 to 100%FiO2 and that he had white foam coming out of his mouth when suctioned and gurgling sounds, unresponsive, and nothing was being done. He said that they were treating my Dad for Pneumoniae with antibiotics. ...NOT TRUE!!!! That was Dad's initial diagnosis a monthago
