Question About Dr. Khushbuben S Patel’s Care
My first visit with doctor Khushbuben S Patel was for my annual physical routine checkup. She took about five minutes to talk with me. Everything was related routine checkup. During the visit, I was Not informed that what type of conversation was included in physical routine checkup and what was not. There was no a sign in the office. She claimed preventative routine checkup and addition office visit. My insurance paid 100% physical routine checkup, and remaining balance is the office visit she claimed. It’s incorrect. I spent over 8 months to contact her for a correction. She keeps ignoring me and I have not heard anything from her. It still remains unsolved.This is not about the money; it’s a matter of ethical principle.

Really disappointed. Rushed during the appointment. The prescription was sent few days later. Never responds to the calls. Never would visit this doctor again.

Unresponsive to Patients
Will not answer phone during business hours. Will not respond to My Chart messages. Can’t be reached whatsoever. The only way to contact them is to make an online appointment and pay for a visit. Will not refill medication requests. Very disappointed with this physician.
