Dr. Khuong Phan, DO

In one year, we have been 3 times to this office and every time, our system is down. I sent a fax, more times than I can count. We never got a fax. Our fax was down at that time, etc. I'm done. Time to find my daughter a new dr. Doesn't make sense that u can't pay cash for tetanus shot.

Staff is extremely unprofessional (one in particular, the nurse named Daphne), is rude, condescending, mean, mouthy, just ridiculously unprofessional and you’re not allowed to express your concerns that no one’s returned your call for three days. What a joke. The visit with Dr. Phan was fine but he clearly does not address the problems with his staff. I read multiple complaints about Daphne before I visited this office and selected Dr. Phan as my primary care and I should’ve taken them to heart- now I know for myself. They also overcharge you and then good luck trying to get a refund. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office and I will make sure no one I know ever goes there. Shouldn’t even have to give them one star, but it won’t accept zero stars.

Dr. Phan is kind but because of his highly unprofessional Nurse Practioner Daphne I will never return. I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was at this office by this woman. She is the primary reason why I am going to go elsewhere because I will not be treated like a child and spoken to in the manner that she used. I am a nurse as well and and have never treated people like this. She should be ashamed of herself. DAPHNE is horrible

I had the same doctor for many years until he retired. Finding Dr. Phan was a blessing. I trusted him immediately (which in itself was unusual). I felt he actually listened to me.

Dr. Phan & his Office Staff are nothing but Kind, Professional, Caring about your issues. If He feels you need a Dr. with more expertise regarding your illness/injury, he will refer you to a Specialist in that Area, xbut not always relinquish you as his patient. I have been going to Dr. Phan & his support staff for years and have never been disappointed. I have referred both family & friends.

Dr Phan is a wonderful, caring & diligent doctor. I wouldn’t want any other to care for my husband & I.

Dr Phan and his nurse practioner are awesome. They listen and care for the patient’s need. He is taking care of my parents and my family since 2008.

Dr. Phan and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I feel better today than I have in years.

Very bad customer service, the nurse is very bad and never return calls. Front desk is horrible, and hard to fill prescription or even schedule and appointment. Look for a better place to take your business to. However, Dr. Phan is nice, but unfortunately he dose not have the right staff....

Dr. Phan has been seeing me since 2013. I changed to him when I was hospitalized. I found him to be very concerned about my care and went beyond my expectations by conferring with my dr. at U.T.Southwestern to assure I got the best of care. I was impressed with his being timely just as he said with hospital rounds. I continue to believe he gives me great care. His office staff is much improved being professional curtious and caring. I recommend him to family and friends looking for a dr to trust

Dr. Phan is a great dr, but I will not recommend him to anyone until he gets rid of that rude nurse Daphane. She's loud, rude and obnoxious. I also go to his pharmacy, but the pharmacist is gone and found out yesterday that the tech quit because of the favoritism the owner gives Daphane son is ridiculous! They let the great people leave and keep the rotton ones. I'm looking for a new dr and will be taking my meds back to Walgreens on the corner. Enter at your own risk!
