Dr. Khoa Ngo Jr, DO

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Ngo and his staff and confident under his care. He was attentive and informative about future follow ups and monitoring symptoms. Not knowing what to expect, it was a relief to receive the quality of care with this practice.

This is Joelle. You left me remember 3 years ago? Good for NOTHING called me on a Saturday one day and nothing but lies saying oh I’ll help you blahs blah blah.. never did left and when I had called back one of the nurses said well what do you want him to do? I said excuse me ?? Because apparently he had soooo much to take on and do what kind of dr is that? So thanks for nothing besides saying to me there was something with Sjögren’s and then sickle cell trait.. um ok. Then he never got back to me ever . Don’t trust upstate drs really anymore. Don’t trust this guy.

Transphobic department. Condescending, ignorant and close minded. Will only do lab work and does not read medical record history. Commented on vascular inflammation in office due to air conditioning and swelling of hands during initial visit but then refused to help solely bases on serum tests. Rude. Has no intention of helping or listening to patient. Waste of time. Waste of money. Did as little as possible. No imaging offered.
