Experience was great! He performed my endoscopy in 2019 and have scheduled my endoscopy and colonoscopy with him for 2022. I have white coat syndrome but he always puts me at ease. He and his office are very professional and caring.

Dr. Alam performed a colonoscopy on me. He was very friendly and caring. He introduced himself and checked up on me after the procedure. He explained the process, and made me feel comfortable.

I am a complex case, and Dr. Alam is the first gastroenterologist in Florida to take it seriously. Even if nothing shows up on endoscopy or colonoscopy, he will order other tests and cover all his bases. He truly wants you to feel better and do well.

I can’t tell you about my visit because I can’t get anyone to answer the telephone. I was on hold one time for over 2 hours. I had to drive to the office to make an appointment. One week later I get an email my appointment has been canceled and to call the same number and reschedule. After numerous calls and holding as long as 30 minutes I still have not gotten anyone to answer. They will also not answer an email. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctors office.

Seems like a nice guy but just didn't care. I have been struggling with an illness that has made me lose my job. I have chronic pain and after explaining this to him he tells me we should do an endoscopy next year and that's it. Would have liked to have a little more compassion and maybe a clearer plan. Will be going to another GI
