I called with panic attacks
I called with panic attacks needing help and no one returned my call. I later realized I was “graced” with a message through the portal saying to go the the ER for medication adjustment. So the “good” doctor cannot even bother to call me. The old doctors and nurses such as the wonderful doctor Hill(no retired) would always return my calls and fix the problem. I’m lowering my stars from 4 to 1 for him. Should I go to the er and say hi everyone I need a med readjustment my psychiatrist said you can help? Yeah no. This place is a joke. And all the good clinicians left for a reason.

Knowledgeable & Caring
Dr. Faisal was very engaging with my mom and treated her with respect. He showed so much passion and concern that one would think she was his mom too! He was observant of the symptoms and brought to our attention factors other doctors we had seen had not considered. He inspires hope. We trust and value Dr. Faisal's opinion!

Horrible
He told me there was nothing he could do for me. No medicines will work. He never referred me to another doctor. He gave up on me

On our first phone appt I explained to Dr. Faisal that I’ve been struggling with my weight the past couple years for the first time in my life. Later, he decided to call me obese (which I’m not, I’m overweight but far from obese) and tells me I needed to lose weight, which I already addressed with him. 2 sessions later, he wanted to put me on an APPETITE STIMULANT because it “can sometimes help depression.” Told me to “make better decisions and work out.” Also at out 3rd session, it seemed like the remembered nothing about me, asked me the same 2 questions over and over for an hour. I would only recommend him as a last resort. How can you assist in someone’s mental health and talk so rudely?
