Good Morning,I was in yesterday for a consultation and prior to my arrival I had spoken to the front end office manager who confirmed my appointment and cost. I was told I was getting an x-ray and a consultation with the doctor and the front office manager said she would not charge me for the x-ray since I was paying out of pocket.I came in expecting to pay $150 for the visit. No one mentioned the change in the visit procedures or cost. I did not feel that there was any desire to help me in my situation, as if paying out of pocket was low class and not something the company was willing to work with. The back end money manager talked over me, was short with me and had me leave through the back door, after paying $404 more than I was told. That is dishonest and your business clearly only serves those with insurance or large bills in their pocket. This experience is the type of thing that causes people to give up on life and lose hope. S

In March 2023 Dr. Izadi expertly removed a large lipoma from my wife’s lip. As he explained & reassured her, the excision has now healed 100% successfully, stitches completely gone. Dr. Izadi personally called her a day after the operation. During the two visits he patiently answered all our questions & thoroughly explained everything clearly. Staff has been responsive, easily reachable by phone, welcoming & helpful. Dr. Izadi was recommended by our dentist, & is a board-certified oral surgeon/dentist. Based on this experience, unreservedly & highly recommend him.

I’m sure there are great reviews for this surgeon from individuals who had a normal recovery however that has not been my experience. My recovery has been complicated but that’s not the basis of my review. My warning is how I have been spoken to and my concerns ignored. I left his office today in tears because yesterday I had dead tissue, yellow drainage, and continue to have a metallic taste on that side of my mouth. His response was to focus on lecturing me about stretching which I’m doing. It was like talking to a wall and I had to finally ask him to stop cutting me off and speaking over me like every visit because I haven’t been able to get a full sentence out. Since the dead tissue fell out of the wound yesterday he said he doesn’t see anything and continued his hyper focused lecture on stretching. Thankfully my dentist is putting me on an antibiotic for the infection now. Want to be treated with respect and listened to? Then he’s not your guy.

Not so much the problem I had, (soft palate lesion removal/biopsy) - that wasn't "great" but just the overall atmosphere of the staff from reception to the techs to Dr. Izadi was great energy each time I came in. Waiting room is spotless not to mention beautiful and the exam/surgery rooms are as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Izadi to anyone looking for an oral surgeon. I was referred to him by my long-time Periodontist at Synergy Periodontics and Implants.

Dr. Izadi is wonderful! He took out 5 of my younger daughter’s teeth when she was nine and just took out my 17 y o wisdom teeth. He is very professional as well as personable! His entire staff is extremely sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!!! A++++

Horrible, still having problems because of wisdom tooth extraction where I was talked into removing all four at once when only one was a problem. Still in pain. Wish I could leave zero stars.

Do not go to Dr. Izadi for tooth implants. His office staff will tell you on the phone that the full mouth x-ray will cost $385 but fail to tell you until you get there that there is an additional charge of $97 for Dr. Izadi to read the x-ray and tell you what he wants to do. Dr. Izadi is “only a surgeon”; therefore, he does not make or place the final crown; he only implants the post and places a temporary cap on the post. So, your dentist will also charge for making and placing the permanent cap on the post. And, to top it all off, his office estimate includes “worst case scenario” in the event that he has to perform a bone graft, add guided tissue regeneration, and perform a ridge expansion—and the “worst case scenario” estimate for 2 teeth is due two weeks prior to surgery—a whooping $8443.00. You have to pay the total even if he doesn’t do all of the work—and his office staff does not tell you how you would get any of this money back. I just got scammed for $482.00.

I was very scared about the whole thing i had a reaction to the meds but other then that it was fine

I definitely would recommend him to everyone. Dr. Izadi was fantastic.. I am very impressed with his bedside manner, he personally called the night of my surgery to make sure I was OK. His staff is always upbeat and friendly.

I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Izadi....I was terrified on the days leading up to the proedure; hie and his staff were absolutely awesome. They were very professional but more importantly warm and supportive to my husband and I. I highly recommend this most amazing surgeon and his super staff to anyone who needs oral surgery of any kind. He and his caring team immediately took the fear out of my experience. Awesome job!

Dr. Izadi had a wonderful bedside manner with my very nervous 13 year old daughter. He even prayed with her before her procedure at her request. This put her so much at ease. She said she wants to go back to him when it is time to have her wisdom teeth removed.
