Dr. Keyna Martinez, MD

She is very knowledgeable and takes numerous notes so that she always knows what conditions I have had in the past. She has treated me better than most specialists she has had to refer me to due insurance. I highly recommend her.

I have experienced the problems with medicine refills but that is not because of her office. The phone requests go into the central calling center at Memorial Hospital and there is often communication breakdown at that level. They answer the phone as if there are at Lakeville. I just demand to get straight through and then have no problems. Dr. Martinez is thorough, caring, and prompt. I am an elder patient and find her very attentive to my needs. She spends as much time as you need with her.

She is one of the best

She has been extremely responsive to any issues I've had, always takes time to talk about what my concerns are without rushing me through. I came to her from a personal referral and have now referred my husband to her.

At first I was very impressed with Dr. Martinez, I'd tell her the symptoms I was having and without any questions or discussion from her she'd come up with a diagnosis. However, using her solutions I continue to have problems until I went to someone else and got the correct diagnosis. These weren't complex problems, Dr. Martinez didn't spend the time to help figure it out, she just pulls something out of her hat and because of that I dealt with pain or problems longer than I should have

I'm very comfortable seeing Dr Martinez she is always professional and answers all of my questions as well as keep me on track with exams and other tests. I'm epileptic and because of this I have had countless blood draws in my lifetime. So I know when a nurse knows what she is doing and when they don't. Luckily at Dr.Martinez's office her nurse knew what she was doing and it barely phased me.And getting medicine is no issue. Not quite sure what the situation with the previous reviewer was.

Getting medicine from Dr. Martinez is like pulling teeth. She mainly does general check-ups and will refer you to emergency for all else. She is very busy raising 4 boys. She is likely to tell you to chew your food when your real problem is your liver. You will get in quickly and probably won't wait over 5 minutes for an appointment. She is strictly available 8-5 on weekdays----SO GO TO QUICK CARE for better service. She does blood work and urine testing about every five or six yrs
