Makes decisions about patient care without listening to the input of the patient. Told me he was advocating for me but he’s the one who said I couldn’t do physical therapy anymore, not the workers comp insurance or claims adjuster. He tells me how shady workers comp insurers are and yet he is the one limiting my care, not them. He said that I need to ice my knee 3 times a day for 20 minutes each time for weeks and that will improve my pain. This injury was 7 months ago— this is not the way to strengthening and healing. Also no other doctors recommend this amount of ice. They said that it is excessive and that the best treatment for my pain reduction is continued frequent physical therapy. I am also a young healthy adult. It is not normal that my knee is in pain with everyday motions an while just sitting in the car.

Dr. Walters truly cares for other people! Very knowledgeable, patient, honest and professional. Am now completely healed from my injury. Definitely an asset to Kaiser Permanente and its community.

Excellent Doctor! Superb bedside manners and extremely knowlegable. I went in with severe foot pain and doctor Walters did a thorough examination, quickly and accurately diagnosed my problem. He put me on an agressive treatment plan and I'm now pain free!

Very rude! doesn't understand what people go through when their in pain do to a bad injury,very insensitive to patients situation. Prescribes pills that make you very drowsy and still expects you to go to work right away.Therapy was helping and he denied the referral. He tells me one thing about my symptoms and encourages me to hire a lawyer but goes and tells the insurance something else, when he reasured and tells me he is 100% sure that my symtoms are do to the injury He is not trustworthy!
