Dr. Kevin Taggart, MD

The only doctor I will go see. If our medical insurance won't cover him... I will not see anyone else. So, I will go without medical coverage. Dr Taggart is the best physician I have ever been to.

There is not enough space to write all the wonderful things about Dr. Taggart. I found him at the beginning of my pregnancy and have seen him ever since. He was very attentive, always available for my questions, and has a great sense of humor. He is kind, caring and down to earth. I couldn't ask for a better doctor for myself or my children.

The best Doctor I've ever known - If we had more docs like this guy, the world would be a better place. Actually cares about his patients! But in all reality, I really do think this doc is amazing. I know it is hard to get into see him, but he is worth the wait.

I’m not one to usually rate a doctor in this manner, but was surprised by the lack of concern with him. There’s so many people who rave about him, so I went to him. Initially, I found his humor refreshing, and he’s definitely skilled in his practice, but the after care notes from when he’d seen me, and the air of him later during my whole pregnancy seemed very off-putting. He was extremely condescending, and that’s why I’m so shocked how it’s over looked by so many women who see him for delivery of their children. He was dismissive with me numerous times, and I always felt as if I was a number to him, so he could get paid. I was extremely disappointed with his bedside manner, as I heard so highly of him. The Nurse Practitioner, that I was able to see, who works underneath him was a blessing. She was an amazing person, and always receptive to me as her patient.

Great family doctor! He's great with my kids and I go to him for my annual physicals too. He's usually overcommitted and you can expect to wait, but the appointment is well worth it

One of the best doctors there is. He’s sympathetic, he listens to your problems, great bedside manner and awesome sense of humor. He’s not so serious like a lot of doctors are. He even delivered two of my children . I remember him letting me cut the umbilical cord and giving my child their first breath of air. He also offered me a “a placenta steak!” Lol. He’s funny and very lively with his bow tie. I’ve thought about seeing him again being I’ve moved back into the area.

I’ve heard so many mothers rave about Dr. Taggart, so when my ARNP at Sound Family mentioned his name as an option for delivery. I didn’t hesitate, and I chose him. It was the best decision I’ve made. He’s very responsive when calling, and always checking to make sure I’m okay. I haven’t delivered my 2nd baby yet, and it’s coming soon. He’s put me so much as ease with our visits, that I have no doubt he’ll do the same in delivery. I’m crossing my fingers that my baby girl doesn’t decide to come, the one time he may take a little vaca. ??

Kevin Taggart is one of the nicest and most caring men you’ll ever meet. He’s up front with you, but can be a little scattered so you may have to remind him occasionally, he’s very busy in his practice and offers full prenatal, obstetric, gyn, postpartum, pediatric, and family medicine. He also has wonderful nurse practitioners working with him.

Dr. Taggart is absolutely amazing. He delivered my son 8 years ago, and is my OBGYN again now with my second baby. He goes FAR above and beyond and really treats his patients above and beyond. He's truly one of a kind.

Dr. Taggart brightens my day! He is hilarious and always has a smile on his face & I always leave happier. He not only takes care of my newborn sons health needs but will scoop him up, cuddle & rock him while telling him how cute he is! He truly cares & has such a big heart! I'm so happy I found Dr. Taggart he makes it so you look forward to coming in even if it's for something as dreaded as shots! Just because you know you will get to see his infectious smile & get to laugh with him for a bit.

Dr.Taggart is like no other! He genuinely cares about all of his patients. So great with the kids, and he gets extra cool points for his awesome socks!!

There is no better family doctor than the man you see before you. My mind was always at ease through the birthing process, to the post care. The Shermans' love you Doc, keep up the good work!
