Terrible!!!!
Why can’t we put 0 stars? Went to Monmouth medical emergency room to have a catheter taken out which I had to get after a stay at Monmouth! Still don’t know answer as to why I can’t pee on my own, I’m 41! Roma came in, very dismissive and took the catheter out and just went to walk away! During intake I told them about recent neurological issues along with this issue… he told me he’s only taking that out. Then when I asked him about the other issues, he just took off, didn’t answer questions just sent nurse to discharge. Total disregard for me or my health concerns. Even the nurse, who was very nice, was confused why I was just sent home, no antibiotics, no checking if I could pee before leaving, no nothing! He is a disgrace to the medical field that I am now losing all faith in.

Terrible experience in the emergency room with Dr. Kevin Roma. I had extreme stomach pain. The pain? was an 8 on their scale. Finally saw a Dr. Roma after being there an hour and a half. He was very dismissive and didn't care about the pain I was in and did nothing for my condition (no tests). Eventually, he ordered medication to be put in my IV and then wanted to send me on my way with no stomach medicine. I demanded he call my GI doctor and prescribe me new medicine. My GI doctor sent me to the emergency room. He was supposed to help me.

Dr. Roma was very helpful, kind and pleasant to deal with during my recent ER visit. He explained things thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. I think he's great!
