Dr O’Donnell is excellent. He inspires confidence. The office staff was efficient, friendly and competent, rarities in Miami medicine. I would highly recommend both him and his office.

Excellent
The only thing that I recommend to be improved is the surgical cases manager. Guess Lucy is her name. She needs to add up a little empathy. When you have had a bone fracture and need surgical treatment, you are in a lot of pain. Caring and professional attitudes are very appreciated. That is not what I perceived from her….

Best doctor ever!!!
Since the very beginning, Dr. Kevin O’Donell has been not only very respectful, professional and knowledgeable, but friendly and patient. He explains everything in details of what’s going on and what are the options to take. He is always on top of everything. And always, with a smile in his face. 100% recommended!! Dr. Odonnell performed my shoulder surgery and I was beyond greatful. Right after surgery I could feel and see the change. The recovery was excellent. Dr. ODonnell was thoughtful and understanding to all my concerns. He is truly great doctor and a great person. I highly recommend him. We need more doctors like him someone that truly listens and cares about his patients.
