I always enjoy going to Dr Kevin McKinney's office. The office staff people in the reception area are fantastically, polite, and friendly with each and every visit. I know many of them by name. The PA and Dr Kevin McKinney are always ready to listen. I actually look forward and enjoy going to the doctor.

Very disappointed in with Dr. McKinney.
Telehealth
I had blood work completed but as of today no one has contacted me to go over results. A virtual call was set up but due to poor instructions from his office there were issues talking on line. Dr. McKinney said that he can't bill me for a phone call and then hung up the phone. Efforts were made to contact him again but his office refuses answer the phone when my number shows. I then called on another phone and since they did not recognize the number they answered it. I have since changed to a different PC doctor. I had my last PC for over 20 years with the same group but he retired. Since then I just became a number with no personal care and a lack of service.
