Glad I got a second opinion
He spoke with me for about 5 minutes, did no examination and didn't even look at the one xray they took. Told me I had cervical radiculopathy, gave me a book with neck exercises from the 1970's and sent me on my way. I took it upon myself to schedule pt appointments and got a second opinion. Not only did I not have cervical radiculopathy, but I have a cyst in my shoulder that I am getting an MRI on and am getting treatment for the correct diagnosis.

I have recommended Dr. Malone many times!
Dr. Malone is the best orthopaedic physician I have ever seen! He spends time with his patients. He answers questions without talking down. He replaced my right knee in December 2022, and I am looking forward to having my left knee done in a few months. It is impossible to find words to make you understand how great this doctor is! The office staff is terrific too!

Very busy office with many doctors, yet well-organized, calm, and welcoming to a new patient. Staff introduced themselves (a rare experience, these days) and were efficient, but kind. Dr. Malone took the time to check old x-rays I brought and compare them to the new one. Asked good questions with thorough examination to establish treatment plan. Answered all of my questions. I left satisfied that I am on the road to recovery, and if that changes I can return. Will definitely go back if/when I need anything Orthopedic again. Great experience!

Terribly rude to me after I asked more questions than he wanted to listen to. Before I have surgery, I just want to understand the cause of my knee pain (which was not due to the usual knee related injuries). He felt that by me asking so many questions, I doubted his expertise. He shoved the diagnosis papers at me and walked out. I've never, ever, experienced anything even close to this level of service.

I had a torn meniscus repair done by Dr. Malone; he performed this surgery October 9,2018 and 4 weeks later I was biking on a trip in Florida! He’a an awesome surgeon and I liked his approach .... he didn’t jump right into surgery ; we tried the less aggressive approach first before deciding surgery was the best option. Extremely nice and very easy to talk to!

Terrific bedside manner. Gentle and understanding. Very little wait time in the waiting room. Had a total knee replacement and am very happy with the outcome.
