Dr. Kevin Inwood, MD

I am giving Dr. Inwood a one star rating only because there is nothing lower.I recently had an ultrasound recommended by Dr. Inwood, who promised that he would contact me when he got the results. Several days went by and I had not heard from the doctor so I called the office five or six days in a row and each time I was told the doctor was with a patient or unavailable, but that he would call me back before the end of the day. This is repeated day after day and I never received a return call or an explanation.Every appointment, his attention is on his computer and when I questioned him about paying more attention to me than to the computer, he told me that if he doesn’t put the info Into the computer, he doesn’t get paid.He is unresponsive to the patients state of mind, concerns, us stress. I cannot emphasize enough how unresponsive he is to the patients needs. And I would not recommend him to anyone for any medical need.

Great doctor, friendly, smart

Have been a patient of Dr. Inwood for many years. The Doctor, his new Physician Assistant, Sarah, Mary, his office Manager, and Erica have been extremely helpful and efficient. Recently had serious injury to left knee. Referred to specialist. Impressed with specialist for Knee issues which I never had in my life. Turned out to be arthritis of left knee. Received injections, Meloxicam. While going to PT for the left knee, started having issues with right knee. Day after very strenuous PT session, my calf muscles were killing me, right knee was worse, back was hurting badly; right foot swelled up beyond recognition. Went back to Specialist with major complaints who stated arthritis in rt knee, gave me injections, come back in 6 weeks. Next day went to Sarah who assessed me, ordered leg MRI. I have 2 fractures of tibia, torn miniscus!!! Had I not gone back to my Primary, only God knows what would have happened. Extremely Grateful for helping and hearing me. Excellent TLC, great staff.

My mom has been seeing this office for three decades for some reason. As she is getting on and I get more involved I find them lacking significantly in in many ways. Currently sitting at a pain clinic, scheduled by Inwood two weeks ago and insurance approved one week ago. U Fortuna no paperwork has been forwarded so now what should have been a 30 minute visit will take only God knows how long. Definitely shopping a new PCP for mom..

Dr. Inwood is the best Doctor I've ever been to. No waiting, he's very thorough and he has a great personality. During my very first visit to him he detected a heart problem. I didn't believe him at first because I didn't have any symptoms. I now have three stents. He may have saved my life!

The Doctor himself is great. The office Staff however is awful. No follow up, No callback on bloodwork or testing. They never send orders for tests requested to be done in a timely manner. They have nothing but excuses.

Very professional office

Office staff is excellent. Dr Inwood is always on time. I’ve never waited. He is attentive and caring. Very thorough. Twice I had an emergency and I was taken right away. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I am sure Dr. Inwood is a fine doctor. But in order to get an appointment with them in order to get results from a test in order to try to contact his office three times out of four after it rings a few times someone will pick up the phone and then just hang up, if they do pick up the phone they will put you on hold and then after holding for a while they will drop your call. If you try calling back again they’ll do the same thing. His front office is horrible.

Love this doctor. He is great. He listens and takes time with his patients. He also has a great personality. Everyone in his office is wonderful and is very caring, but especially the doctor. This is the best doctor I have had in the past 30 years. I feel like he is a partner in keeping me out of the hospital.

The doctor is very knowlegeable and caring. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I've been a patient for 9 years and I think he is excellent. I trust his knowledge and feel he is truly interested in me as a person. Absolutely would recommend him.
