New Patient
Dr was very knowledgeable, caring and helped with all answers I had. I loved not feeling rushed and he took he’s time explaining everything to me … I’m glad he is going to be my new PCP.. Thank you Mary

No thanks
He does not spend time with you or give explanations. Very uncaring and abrupt . A nurse was actually yelling at me over the phone.

Dr. Gordon has a great personality, but that is it. I had to push him to refer my husband to an internist for reflux. Come to find out my husband had VERY BAD Barrets disease with high-grade dysplasia and was 6-12 months away from having esophageal cancer. Thank God we got it in time and after 6 halo treatments, his Barrets is under control. When I told Dr. Gordon I was worried because my heart palpations were getting bad, his response was "that's weird." He didn't even suggest any tests or a cardiologist! So, I made my own appointment with a cardiologist to find out I have congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease, and a complete left bundle branch block. These conditions require me to be on medication. Left untreated, I could have a heart attack and die. I also have to be monitored for worsening, but heck, he didn't even do the first test or a referral! Avoid him if it's for anything more than a common cold!!

I left his practice with my health just as poor as when I started. Doesn't try to find the root cause of your health problem. Is very rigid about prescribing meds. Your illness will go away or get much worse before you finally get to see him. Extremely disappointed.

I would avoid Dr Gordons office at all costs. The nursing staff is unprofessional & just flat out rude. You can hear them making fun of other patients both in the office and on the phone. You usually will get stuck w/ one of the physician assistants instead of the doctor.
