Dr. Kevin Garnepudi, DO

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your office. I called at 11 a.m., one hour before your closing time on a Friday. Instead of speaking with the office directly, my call was routed to an answering service. I requested that the doctor return my call, but unfortunately, I never received a response. I called 5 times and left messages each time. The service was horrible. I changed the doctors.

It’s my first experience with Dr Garnepudi and I’m already impressed! I was scheduled to do a teledoc appointment with his nurse practitioner because he didn’t have availability until a ways out. Dr Garnepudi ended up calling me himself! Thank you Dr! It truly means the world to know you care and that I am in good hands!

Dr. Garnepudi is the best! Such a decent human being. He and his staff are so on the ball. My father had an infection that required several different doctors, and Dr. Garnepudi made phone calls to other offices for us when we had issues getting in contact. He is the most accessible physician I've ever worked with. Visits were on time and quick without our feeling rushed. Shout out to his fantastic nurse, too!

Dr. Garnepudi is an excellent example of a caring physician. Over the Christmas holidays, 2015, my husband and I were visiting relatives in Humble, TX. We are from Pittsburgh,PA. My husband developed an infection, and had to be hospitalized. The hospital stay was 13 days, and I was very disappointed in the physicians, lack of communication, and overall care.
