Dr. Kevin Erfan, MD

I went to the ER for a condition that was known to my Doctor. I was diagonized with Bronchatis after the xray and was intructed to contact my Doctor for a follow up. I called the Doctor's office to notify my Doctor. Today will make it two weeks I visited the ER and no call from my Personal Doctor.

I have complicated medical conditions but Dr. Erfan is always well-prepared for my appointments. He was attentive, empathetic, and "on the ball". The only complaint I have is that his office is always very busy and on the dysfunctional side. For example, standard forms could be made available on the patient portal so patients can complete them and submit them there paperlessly. To get a blank medical release form I was told I had to come into the office to get although it contains NO sensitive information and could be emailed without risk. All it takes are "smart pdfs" of standard forms on their patient portal to save trips into the office for standard form completions. This would greatly reduce paperwork and clerical work.
