I rate this doctor a Zero here’s why.On Monday, May 6, 2024, my regular doctor reminded me it was time for my 5 year colonoscopy. My regular Gastroenterologist, Dr. Bill Kim had retired, and my doctor recommended Dr. Kevin Dholaria in Downey, My doctor had my medical records delivered to Dr. Dholaria’s office (same building). On Wednesday, May 8, 2024 I telephoned Dr. Dholaria’s office to make an appointment. I was told the earliest appointment was August 1, 2024 (3 month wait). That was for the doctor's appointment, not the colonoscopy procedure. I should have just walked out and sought another Gastroenterologist, but I took the August appointment (big mistake). In July, seven days before my August appointment, I received a call from Dr. Dholaria’s office notifying me the doctor would be out of the office and they needed to reschedule my appointment for November 12, 2024 (additional 3 ½ months wait). That was not what I wanted to hear.
