Dr. Phillips is our favorite doctor in the whole world! He is a down to earth person who cares deeply about his patients health and lives outside of their illness. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful doctor to care for and guide us through this difficult time in our lives.

Dr. Philips is the best I have ever met, my family is very appreciative and impressed by his works. He is very detailed and takes his time to explain diagnosis and treatment plan. He is very accommodating, we swam his office all the time with about 4-5 of family members ,meanwhile only one person is having an appt.He answers questions in details to everyone. He has an excellent patient to Doctor communication, I cannot ask for more, than I have Dr.Kester as a Doctor. I will recommend him .10+

I was very impressed with Dr. Phillips. I was seen promptly within a few minutes of my appointment time. He was very caring and patient, listening to my history and concerns. I never felt rushed during my appointment. He did a thorough exam, prescribed me medications based on what we discussed and assisted me in scheduling a follow up appointment. He has a fantastic bedside manner as well, very friendly, kind and empathetic. I would highly recommend him!
