Rude/Bad Personality
I understand when you have an afternoon appointment everyone wants to go home, but I have never been rushed at an appointment like I did with Ms. Kerry Moss. Very dismissive and far from thorough. Her tone of voice isn’t even child friendly. Does not care about your well being, just getting the appointment done so she can move onto the next person.
