Arrogant, Dismissive, Unhelpful
When I brought up an experience with MY OWN BODY, and brought up a journal article about a concern, he immediately said 'do you have a medical degree? No?' And cut off my question. When I brought up a procedure I had heard about from another physician, he cut me off again and said 'they're just trying to make money.' One of the worst medical provider experiences I've ever had - and the very worsr where there wasn't a physical injury done to me.

Do Not Schedule An Appointment With
Dr. Svee was very rude and condescending during my first visit and my visit after the sleep study. Didn't want to hear my health history related to my sleep issues. The consult after my sleep study felt as if I was trying to get information from a tech - no suggestions or recommendations for best treatment with my large tori and occipital neuroglia. Waste of time. My sleep study gave me more information than he did.

Never would I ever go back to him. I’m a healthcare provider myself. He was condescending, rude, and unhelpful.

My experience with this doctor was horrible. He was rude, condescending, inappropriate and incompetent. He told me my sleep study was “normal” and sleeping 10-12 hours, hallucinations and sleep paralysis and extreme daytime fatigue are caused by me not being “willing to go to bed at 8pm”. That when i am 70 people will want to be able to sleep like me....i am 43 and would like my life back! Then he wrote in my chart that i had suspected IH/narcolepsy but he never told me that! Go somewhere else, see someone else and find some real help!

What can I say about Svee? After a half an hour he shows up, does a brisk intro, then drills me about my sleep routine. His questions felt like he was an interrogator, and when I explained my shift work history, he says “I DONT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THAT!” I work full-time, and I told him on my days off I take a nap after getting my kids out the door “THAT’S NOT A NAP! THAT’S GOING BACK TO BED!” The rudest, most unprofessional doctor I’ve met in my life. Sleep on this doctor, he’s terrible!
