Dr. Kenneth Swayman, DPM

I have known Dr. Swayman for over 18 years. He is my go to guy for any foot and ankle problems I have had. He has treated my parents, husband, children, friends, and other family members. We all love him. He always takes as much time as necessary to assure one knows exactly what the problem is and goes to great length explaining all treatment choices. He is conservative and extremely caring and has a pleasant bedside manner. He and his staff always make me feel special and important.

Do not do business with this practice. I asked their front desk staff if the clinician I was scheduled to see was a preferred provider BEFORE going into the exam room. They said yes, which was a lie. Over 2 months later, he is still not a provider and I paid the full $477 fee even though I have BC/BS and Tricare insurance. The office tells me to "be patient" and that I'll "probably" get my money back when/if the doctor is added to the provider list. No, when I rely on what you said, you owe me!
