Dr. Shore is very knowledgeable, kind and explains in great detail on the issue we are talking about that I am having. He also went out of his way for me to get checked at another facility on an issue I had that I was worried about. I have been going to him for over 20 years. I would and have highly recommended him to my friends, and family.

may be smart but no bedside manner
Every time I visit Dr. Shore I resolve to get a different doctor (but I go so infrequently that I procrastinate and then get STUCK going back to him again). Dr. Shore doesn't listen well, he dismisses the information that you give him, and he doesn't explain anything at all. Maybe he should be working in a lab, but he shouldn't be interacting with people.

My experience with Dr. Shore and his staff has always been top notch. The person with the mask issue is an entitled idiot. I am glad they threw you out, Karen.

Very nice man
I was a Patient of his for approx 7-10 years . I went to see him when I had a temp n back was hurting . He sent me to ER where I was diagnosed with a UTI . He never followed up with me, about uti , even after several visits . Three years later my intestinal Dr found I was suffering with kidney stones in both kidneys , after commenting to him , my tummy did not feel well , he sent me to get a cad scan. My left kidney was 10% functional n stones in the right . I had to have them surgically removed n several trips to hospital to drain my kidney n one year of my life dealing with side effects . Had he just Checked on me after ER visit I would not have gone through such a horrific year . I have zero medical knowledge n just did NOT know I had kidney stones . He is a very nice man n his nurses & office team were exceptional

I was denied entrance to the clinic because I would not consent to wear a contaminated Chinese blue or N95 mask. I offered to wear my own face covering but was denied. Do a Google search on "blue Chinese masks contamination" to see for yourself.

1 star because of billing. Dr Shore is OK. But I went for my annual Preventive Exam ($257 billed to insurance) and on top they bill for a separate office visit of $150 because he talked a minute about my cholesterol and had to renew my statin prescription. Medical billing sucks. I'm thinking about changing doctors. This seems like a quick scheme for an extra buck!

Horrible experience with USMD! Constant miscommunication, billing mishaps, run around trying to book appointments, answering service not onsite, wrong prescriptions called in... I could go on and on. If you value professional, concise communication from your medical professional and office staff, do NOT work with USMD.

First visit, nurse was thorough and competent, front desk was professional and timely, Dr. Shore was comprehensive, spent more time than I expected even for a first visit. My complex situation was discussed thoroughly and more records were requested for a follow-up plan. Discussed pros and cons of medications, modalities and long-term wellness. This visit created a good foundation for a long-term PCP relationship.

Someone wrote that Dr. Shore is a wonderful man....this might be true. However if you are looking for a wonderful Dr., please look somewhere else. My Husband was misdiagnosed at this office and it cost him his life. So, if it's a good man that you are looking for, fine....but if you are looking for a "Good Dr.," please look somewhere else. The life that you save might be your own!

Nice staff, difficult to schedule appointments because they seem to have trouble with their phones, computers. I called and was cut off then had to wait a long time due to computer trouble. Blood work is easy to schedule, but I do not care for Dr. Shore and will not go back.

I've been seeing Dr. Shore for over 25 years. I have had no problems scheduling an appointment or getting referrals. I even got boosters for hepatitis A/B vaccines when I traveled to Mexico. He seems to be more of a science-based medical doctor, and not into holistic, new age medicine, which I think is a plus.

Saw Dr. shore for close to 20 years. When his office decided to stop taking BCBS HMO - with no notice to patients, I was billed over $200 for a visit with his PA and the office would not even return calls on why no notice was given, yet they took my copay when I came into the office. Will never go back. No loyalty
