Telehealth
Very frustrating as I recently found out after being on shots for over a year that they messed up and didn’t do complete testing on me…which is why I’ve been miserable as my shots weren’t correct. Waste of time and money. Now they did finally did the rest of my testing that wasn’t completed in the first place and at my appt the doctor had no idea if this issue had been resolved, no idea if the serum I just received was correct or not. I felt like he didn’t care one bit that I’d been paying for shots that weren’t right and also it seemed like he hadn’t even read my chart. If he had, he’d have known answers to my questions. All he kept saying was that he’d have to ask the nurse because he didn’t know. Super frustrating

Great experience
Dr. Scott was very helpful and flexible in helping to fix our sons recurrent ear infections. He helped to schedule things quickly before some upcoming plane rides, and was very supportive in helping us understand the procedure and answering our questions.

Absolute best
Dr. Scott is always there to listen to what is going on and makes you feel heard. He makes sure my children are comfortable throughout the visit by telling them what he is examining and why. I recommend Dr. Scott to everyone.

My audiologist, Tessa, was fantastic. My doctor was so thorough and explained so many things to me. He was great but be prepared for a presentation promoting their hearing aid services.

sleep study followup
Could have done this on the phone with a Telehealth instead of me spending 4 hr driving. I had asked for it. He marched in, intent on just making his speech and not interested in hearing my questions, When I attempted to ask a question, he would just talk over me, made statements with zero details, I had additional questions but gave up after he basically said that it's what it is, would never be perfect and just live with it. I could tell the visit was over, watched him march down the hall for his next victim. I wouldn't recommend this guy for anything. Sadly, his demeanor and my experience puts a negative reflection on your entire office. Don't use my name because I'll probably have to see him again in a year.

Felt belittled and very uncomfortable about a com
Came in for about 5 min and didnt really let me talk And made a comment at least your not paying for the device. i paid for my insurance , i pay 100$ every visit plus what insurance dont cover . I would not recommend this doctor to any of my family .

Disappointed (again)
We have been using Dr. Scott and Midwest ENT for years now. Recently we have disappointed in the interactions between staff and our child with a disability. Staff talks down to him and us. In the past this hasn't been an issue but as our child has gotten older it seems to be different. I hope some training or resources can be looked into to better support these families.
