He is an extremely arrogant and dismissive physician. I would never recommend him to any other patient. I also waited over 3 hours to be seen. He spent less than 5 min with me.

I have seen Dr. Saag every three months for four years and he fails to recognize me from visit to visit. He struggles with basic office technology such as computer operations. I have never seen his so much as use hand sanitizer after entering the clinic exam room. And, he refuses to comply with insurance requirements to pay for Remicade infusions which he orders. He has ignored multiple emails through his patient portal.
