Arrived a few minutes b/4 my scheduled appmnt. Signed in and sat in the waiting room No-one from this office phoned me before I left my house to advise me the dr was running VERY late. Upon my arrival the receptionist didn't advise me he was running one hour late. I was ignored while sitting in the waiting room with no updates as to why I was waiting so long. I was eventually moved to an exam room. After precisely one hour from my scheduled appmnt I walked out of his office without being seen by the doctor. Been there before and waited too long then too, but not as long as I did this time. I will NEVER return. Dr. Phillips is a good doctor and very personable but his lack of concern of his patients time is unforgivable. I had recently recommended him to others but I have already phoned them telling them to find another doctor. This lack of concern for patients time is an issue that starts at the top and filters down to the personnel. They should all be better trained.

Went to Dr. Phillips for an infected toe with ingrown nail. He successfully treated it without pain. I would highly recommend this doctor because he truly cares about his patients. In addition to the excellent care the doctor gave me, his front office staff were very kind and friendly.
